Mark your calendars for September 22-25 and head on over to Sedona, Arizona to join the fun.

Aviation Pioneer Dick Rutan will be our Keynote Speaker during the Saturday Evening Awards Dinner. Mr. Rutan may also be available at the airport during the weekend, to mingle with COG members.

The resort is set on 22 acres of lush landscaping where tall pines, willow trees, graceful streams and fountains surround a manicured 9-hole, par 3 golf course, Spa/Massage Therapy, Fitness Center and Sauna, 2 jacuzzi’s, 4 outdoor lighted tennis courts, heated outdoor swimming pool, T. Carl’s Restaurant, lounge, 7 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. room service. All guest rooms feature in room refrigerators, coffee makers, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Each room includes two complimentary bottles of water, daily.

It is important not to click on Reservations, rather to scroll to the bottom of the first page, select arrival and departure dates, and click Continue. It will take you to members of COG special rates.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy due to inclement weather for those who are flying in to SEZ.

Individuals must reserve their rooms by AUGUST 19, 2011 to receive COG special rate. Check in time 4 p.m., check out time 11 a.m. Room rate is per room, per night. Plus 13.73% tax.
